We offer a 30 day returns policy with our publications. If you are not satisfied you can return an item up to 30 days after it has been dispatched for a refund.
Products must be returned to us in ‘as new’, undamaged, re-saleable condition. If goods are not returned in this manner we may charge you the retail value of any missing or damaged items and you may lose your right to cancel your purchase.
Unless the product is faulty and is being returned for replacement, the postage and packaging costs for returned products are the customer’s responsibility. Products must be returned via a ‘signed-for’ service along with the invoice number and a returns number that can be obtained from us.
How do I return a product?
Please contact us within 30 days of your invoice date to obtain a Returns Number. You will then need to the package the good(s) carefully and return them to us using a signed-for service to:

How will you be refunded?
Refunds will be issued as soon as we have received and checked the product(s) you have returned. Whenever possible we will refund you via the same payment method you used at the time of purchase.
